- Click Start in the lower left corner.
- Click the gear icon to open the Settings window.
- Scroll down to see more settings.
- Click Update & Security.
- In the left pane, click Recovery.
- Scroll down to Advanced startup.
- Click Restart now to restart in the troubleshooting mode.
